As part of our ongoing efforts to improve our service, we have put together a step-by-step guide to buying Reproduction Newspapers from our online shop. The guide concentrates on the process after you click the ‘Order Now’ button.

1.My Basket

After choosing the items you wish to purchase, click on the ‘Order Now’ button and you will be sent to your shopping basket (My Basket). This page will show you the items you have ordered, including the date(s) of Newspapers required, the quantity ordered, and personalised details on the Certificate of Reproduction (name, occasion and date).

On this page you are also able to change the date(s) of the Newspapers required, personalised details on the Certificate of Reproduction and the number of items you have ordered. Simply enter revised details in the relevant boxes and click on the ‘Update’ link. You can then either ‘Continue Shopping’ or ‘Go To checkout’ by clicking on the link provided.

2. Checkout – Invoice Address

On this page you will be asked to supply your name, address (which must be the same address as the one your credit card statement is sent to), and email address. If the Delivery Address is different from the Invoice address, this should be registered here by clicking on the ‘Change’ button. You will be asked for the Delivery Address later in the process. Once you are happy with the information you have supplied you should click "Next".

3. Checkout - Order Confirmation

Before proceeding to the secure server please ensure that your order details, and all other details you have supplied, are correct. At this point, in order for your purchase to proceed, you will need to confirm in the ‘General Information’ section, that you have read and agree to be bound by the Conditions of Sale by ticking the adjacent box. If you do not agree to them, click "Cancel" and your transaction will not proceed and you will return to the shop. If you confirm that you have read and agree to the Conditions of Sale, you will be taken to a secure area for payment processing.

4. Secure Form

The SecureTrading (ST) secure form will open in another window. As you will see at the top of the page the padlock is closed, indicating that you are now in a secure area. SecureTrading (ST) hosts this page and provides online payment processing that means your order is processed securely and quickly. On this page you will be asked to fill out all your credit card details. Check that the information is correct and then click "Make Payment". You will then be given both the Merchant’s (the web site) and a SecureTrading (ST) transaction number. Your order will be forwarded, securely, to our News Recreated staff who will process your order immediately.

5. Receipt

Finally, by clicking on the ‘View Merchant Receipt’ button, you will be sent to your Receipt page, which contains all your order details, including your name, address, the delivery address and your unique order number. If you have any queries regarding your order please quote this number when contacting us. Print this page and keep a copy for your records. When you have printed the page, click "Done" to finish and you will be directed back to the shop. SecureTrading (ST) will send confirmation of payment to the email address you gave. News Recreated will also confirm receipt by email of the order and will provide final confirmation when the item(s) has been dispatched.

If you have any queries please email us at: info@newsrecreated.co.uk
